My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am Nalu! I am very sweet if you let me come to you. I do not like people in my face. It scares me and then I will bite. I was with a sweet foster who understood that if she lets me come to her then I am ok but if you force yourself in my space I get scared. She never got bit. I had to leave her place because she fell down and had to go to emergency. I went to another foster and she stuck her face in mine and I bit her. I am now with the rescue owner and I am doing just fine. She respects my boundaries' too. I am looking for a quiet household that will love me but understands that I cannot have you in my face. I am really sweet.

More about this rescue

We are veterans who came together because of dog rescue. We have similar views and respect for ideals. It is always about the dog with us. We want to make sure that the dog is a good fit for the home that is adopting them. Our dogs have not always had the best life and we believe they all deserve the best life can offer.
