Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rita is an orange tabby with a cute little white patch on her throat and adorable black freckles on her nose! Rita loves to be pet, loves to sit on your lap, and will immediately purr when you pet her (her motto is: "every pet deserves a purr"). Rumor has it, she even purrs at the vet! She is extremely gentle, very cooperative, and always nice. Rita loves humans and would love to be in a home where she gets lots of human interaction, from petting to lap sitting to playing. You could never catch Rita in a bad mood, but she may gently remind you if you don't provide her with dry food exactly on time!
We guesstimate Rita is about two years old. Rita would enjoy a household with lots of interaction with humans or other cats.
Rita is fostered in San Mateo.
