Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"Hi there, I am Lydia. My sister and I have an estimated date of birth of August 28, 2023, and we came to KLAWS in October 2023. Unfortunately, not long after we arrived, our one sister Winifred got sick. She was rushed to the vet, but she was just too sick to get better. KLAWS asked the vet to find out for sure what was wrong with her to make sure Sally and I would be ok. The vet found that Winifred had a severe lung worm infestation and we were proactively treated. We have shown zero symptoms so Winifred helped save us!! I am very easy going and love pets and cuddles from everyone. It took a bit to trust humans, but now I can't get enough. I love to run around and play, especially with my favourite little mice. I would love to have a furry friend in my forever home to keep me company when the humans are away."
KLAWS suggests that kittens go in pairs, or at least a home with friendly fur friends (dogs or cats), they can bond with when the humans are away.
Our pets need their own safe space for the first little while to help them become familiar with their new surroundings (environment, smells, sounds, people, pets, etc) to be successful and comfortable in their forever home.
Please send an email to 4klaws@gmail.com if you have any questions or are ready to welcome Lydia into your furever family.
*All KLAWS kitties are required, by signed contract, to be indoor only and not declawed. All adopters are required to stay in touch for the life of the cat, through regular updates via our confidential KLAWS Family group on Facebook or via email. If we are not getting regular updates, a KLAWS representative may call. The follow-ups are purely to assure us of the animals’ wellbeing*
