Meet Magpie, a 6-year-young Tuxedo girl who has a long history with Jake’s Place. Magpie was a foster fail for one of our longtime supporters/friends who has recently and unexpectedly passed away. While she is only 6 years old, she is still like a kitten! She’s extremely social and lovable and wants to tell you all about her day when you get home. :) Her favorite thing is a little lap time.

Magpie is very special, and a very sweet little girl…(Note: the scab on her nose has healed since this photo was taken and she is fully vetted). She’s great with kids, OK with other cats as long as they know that she is the boss… and has been around nice dogs. But we think she might love to be your one and only!

All Jake’s Place cats that are available for adoption are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLV and are microchipped.

The Adoption Fee for Magpie is $110. This Fee helps pay for Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Vaccines, FIV/Leukemia testing, as well as all other Veterinary costs. Adopters must agree to return the kitty to Jake’s Place if the adoption fails at any time. All Fees will be returned if the adoption fails within 90 days.

Jake’s Place is a 100% volunteer organization. All Fees and Donations go directly to the care of our kitties.
