General’s owner is in a very critical situation. He has an infection that has taken him into a serious place. He is in and out of the hospital and is awaiting the opportunity to have the first of several surgeries. The owner cannot be around General who has always been at his side. The owner needs to be in a sterile environment when he is at home. General is very sad because his favorite person cannot give him the attention that he has always experienced. Playing ball is General’s favorite pastime. General needs to be rehomed to a forever home that would be able to understand what General is going through and willing to be patient. It would help if they were familiar with the German Shepherd temperament or willing to learn.
