My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


I rescued my special little guy in 2019. Sir Monty is an 8 year old chihuahua mix. He was found as a stray roaming the streets. From the moment I saw him, I knew he was meant for me. He’s so loving and affectionate. All he wants is to be with people, ALL THE TIME! Up under you, on you, however he can get close. He’s worked with a trainer to help him socialize with other dogs but he’s still got a napoleon complex. I get it, being just 8.5lbs every thing is bigger than you lol. He does have some anxiety but it’s easily eased with some head scratches and a soothing voice. I love my dog but my long hours and constant travel for work don’t fit his current needs. He needs someone who will be at home with him and give him the love, time and attention. Like many chihuahuas he definitely has a stubborn side and wants his way. It’s hard not caving in because he’s so stinking cute w/ his puppy dog eyes. He’s completely house broken and crate trained. Vacs updated Jan2024
