Hi there! The Peggy People here know me as, "Downtown Brownie Brown!" I am part chocolate Lab with hints of Pittie. I love me some treats, especially the soft ones but any treat will do! I take treats gentle, so you won't have to worry about losing your digits! My all-time favorite game is playing FETCH, I am really, really good at it! I can play fetch with toys, bones, or balls, you pick! I will bring it back and drop it at your feet as many times as you want! I have excellent manners and promise not to jump on you or knock you over, after all, I'm a Gentleman! All the humans at Peggy just love me, won't you give me a chance and love me too?

-Be able to provide necessary medical treatment, training, and proper care for your pet

Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League is a limited-admission humane society and provides services to over 34,000 cats, dogs, puppies, and kittens each year. Operating continuously since 1925, we have been positively impacting animal welfare and addressing overpopulation in Palm Beach County through a variety of services.

Our Vision is to create a community where 100% of the adoptable animals find loving homes and no animals will be euthanized because of pet overpopulation.

Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, Humane Society of the Palm Beaches, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and does not receive funding from city, county, state, or federal government, or local organizations with similar names. We rely solely on the generosity of individuals, foundations, and corporations to provide quality programs and services to the community. Your donations directly support the services and programs in place to help animals in need.
