FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED FOR KNIGHTWING

This sweet almost 2 year old Boxer/Pitty blend is looking for his very own loving family or a foster family that can help teach him the ropes of being a dog.

He's quite sociable with new people, often standing on his hind legs to greet and enjoys a good belly rub. Curious about daily activities, he follows the broom during floor sweeping and loves resting with his head in your lap. While generally quiet indoors, he tends to bark more when outside. Enjoys chewing on strong chew toys and playing with his brothers. Leash walks are a breeze, and he exhibits a keen curiosity. Not a fan of cats and squirrels, and small dogs are a bit uncertain due to a past encounter with a neighbor's dog. He is also house trained. He is a big boy at 95 lbs but just a big teddy bear. Fenced yard required.

Since our formation in early 2013, we have helped save thousands of cats and dogs throughout Idaho from neglect, abuse, and death. Many of our rescues come from the Burley Idaho Animal Shelter where PAWS has transformed what was once a high kill facility to a shelter where every adoptable animal gets a second chance! PAWS also takes in stray pets from all over Idaho including Twin Falls, Boise, Nampa, and Caldwell. We work our very hardest to respond to every call for help!

PAWS Rescue, Inc. saves all breeds of cats and dogs of all ages as well as animals who have been hit by cars, shot, abandoned, abused, and neglected.

Rescued animals are placed in loving foster homes or transferred to other no kill partner facilities giving them a chance to find the perfect forever home. Our efforts give these deserving animals a second chance at a happy life.

Every animal receives veterinary evaluation and care, including spay/neuter and vaccines, as well as treatment for any other medical issue they may have. No animal is ever euthanized due to expense.
