Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Rusty is fun, good-natured, athletic and has a big personality. He adores being the center of his human companion's world and will greet you when you come through the door. Rusty gets your attention with a swat or a love bite on the foot or ankle! He communicates with his mouth, paws and voice. Rusty uses a cardboard scratcher to trim his nails. He takes to chasing the red dot on a laser light, hunts for fuzzy mice and gets a kick out of hiding in a cardboard box. Rusty's favorite things are eating soft food, kitty treats, napping in the sun, looking out the window and drinking from a running faucet. His ideal home is low key and cat savvy with an individual, couple or family with older children. It will take Rusty some time to warm up to other cats, he can be pushy; but once they are buddies, Rusty enjoys playing hide and chase with them. He tolerates dogs but not one with high energy. Rusty is a 2-year-old orange tiger tabby with white and flaunts gold eyes.
