Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Duchess is a female Great Pyrenees/husky mix (mom is a Great Pyrenees). We had to trap her because her mom is feral and had them running around an area of the county. She is very shy and needs someone patient to love her. She is very sweet, shows zero aggression but is not sure what humans are all about yet.
We would prefer her to go into a home with another dog since she trusts dogs so much. She would not do well in a home with a lot of noise or commotion.
She is around 8 weeks old and will be a large dog but we don't know how large. She currently weighs 8 pounds.
She is too small to be spayed so that will have to be set up, at our clinic, when she is closer to 5-6 months old. Our vet will not do surgery on young puppies. The cost is included in her adoption fee. She has had her first round of puppy shots, been treated for fleas and ticks and intestinal parasites. She is also microchipped.
Adoption fee is $150.
If interested, apply at www.humanesocietyofmartincounty.org. Our shelter does adoptions by appointment only. An adoption application is required first.
