Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Duke is a male Great Pyrenees/husky mix (mom is a Great Pyrenees). We had to trap him because his mom is feral and had them running around an area of the county. He is very shy and needs someone patient to love him. He is very sweet, shows zero aggression but is not sure what humans are all about yet.
We would prefer him to go into a home with another dog since he trusts dogs so much. He would not do well in a home with a lot of noise or commotion.
He is around 8 weeks old and will be a large dog but we don't know how large. He currently weighs 8 pounds and is very fluffy.
He is too small to be neutered so that will have to be set up, at our clinic, when he is closer to 5-6 months old. Our vet will not do surgery on young puppies. The cost is included in his adoption fee. He has had his first round of puppy shots, been treated for fleas and ticks and intestinal parasites. He is also microchipped.
Adoption fee is $150.
If interested, apply at www.humanesocietyofmartincounty.org. Our shelter does adoptions by appointment only. An adoption application is required first.
