Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bumper came in with Lilly. He is partially blind so we are not sure how he would do with other dogs besides Lilly. He will need a special person who is patient and understands that he cant see very well. He has a lot of energy and loves to play. Unsure about other dogs, other than Lilly, due to him not being able to see we only have them together. NO BIRDS!
