Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet TJ! This sweet boy was found as a stray puppy by a good Samaritan. He lived with his rescuers for several months, sharing the home with children and three other dogs. During that time he learned all about being a proper house pet, mastered several basic commands, as well as being housebroken and crate trained! Since he has been at the shelter we have noticed Tj can be a bit nippy sometimes, this is why we believe he would do best in a home with older children rather than younger. We are so grateful to his rescuers for loving TJ and giving him such a solid foundation.
When he arrived at PAWS shelter, we discovered that TJ gets along well with other dogs who can match his energetic spirit and enthusiastic play style. TJ has enjoyed many shelter breaks and day trips with our amazing volunteers, where he always shows off his lovely manners and friendly disposition. Tj should not live with cats as he tends to see them more as playmates. He is so playful and especially enjoys chasing balls in the backyard, and of course rolling around in soft green grass!
We think TJ will thrive in an active household who will take him on long walks and lots of fun adventures. Considering he already knows the basics, he will seamlessly transition into his new home and be a wonderful addition to any family. Come visit this handsome boy, he's been waiting so patiently to meet you!
