My name is Texas!

Texas is a sweetheart who would love to cuddle with you anytime you're ready! He came to us about four years ago from an overcrowded Texas shelter. He was adopted into a loving home, with teenagers and another dog. Unfortunately his people are unable to keep him now, so we'd love to get him back into a home environment as soon as possible. He's an adult dog and very handsome and alert. He's housetrained and knows how to sit, and walks well on his leash. He might do best in a home without small children; he's protective of his food and space. His people said he was very loving and liked to snuggle under a blanket; "he's a good dog and will be missed very much."
