Penny is a German Shep mix, about 1.5 years old. Smart, playful with other dogs, ignores cats, spayed, vaccinated and heartworm tested. She is capable of jumping a 4' fence if left alone. She is housebroken and has good house manners. See her at City of Horseshoe Bend Animal Control 870-670-4474. Her adoption fee is sponsored by The Martha Decker Memorial Fund for Animals so there is no cost to adopt
