He's a playful, goofy companion who enjoys structured training and has shown he can socialize with other dogs under supervision. However, Butler will thrive best as the only dog in the home, where he can receive the focused guidance he needs to succeed.

In a home setting with his trainer, Butler has made impressive progress living among a pack of dogs. He's e-collar trained, housebroken, crate trained, and has excellent leash skills. His trainer has witnessed firsthand that with structure and leadership, Butler shines and is a joy to be around.

Butler is a fantastic candidate for a strong and experienced handler familiar with powerful breeds. He would make a wonderful adventure buddy and is highly trainable, but he does need clear boundaries and consistent guidance. His trainer can discuss Butler's behavioral needs in detail with any interested adopters and will provide follow-ups to help ensure his continued success. A stable, structured start will be key to Butler's happy transition into his new home.
