My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy showed up at our house in September 2023 with her brother, Winston. We believe they were both dumped because we looked for months to find their owners. In the meantime, she visited the vet and got a great report from the vet and got fully vaccinated, spayed and is current on flea & heartworm medication. Lucy is a loving sweet girl, full of personality. She is potty trained, 70lbs, good on a leash, LOVES long walks and enjoys the outdoors. She would do well in a home with another dog. We tested her with an Australian Shepherd, he growled at her and she bowed to him submissively. All she wanted to do was play with him, she showed no aggression at all. She chases our cats, but not in a mean way, she just wants to play. A family with small children came to meet her but she was afraid of the young children. She would probably do better with older children. She love having toys and bones to keep her occupied. She would be good as a working dog. If interested in meeting Lucy please call 770-787-4899.
