Sasha is a SUN cat because she prefers to love on cats more than humans.
Sasha is our one eyed cutie.
She's a very happy cat and loves to play with other cats.
Humans... not so much!
She does like human company and will follow her foster mom from room to room... but touching is a "no no".
She loves to play and can entertain herself for hours.
She's fascinated with toys that make noise.
She's very entertaining. :-)
If your cat would like company but would rather not share your affection, Sasha is the cat for you! Sasha needs a home an experienced adopter that will love her just the way she is. She does need the company of other cats.

You will be asked to fill out an adoption application and generally a telephone interview will follow. Next, a home visit will be performed to help "ready" your home for the new cat(s).
Supposedly Unadoptable Cats are special and we require adopters for this particular group of cats to be experienced cat people.
While we hope that the commitment you make will be life long, all cats adopted out through this initiative will be returnable for the life of the cat.

We believe that every cat deserves to be cared for whether they play with you, curl up in your lap, or prefer to hang out by themselves or with other feline companions.

Conner's Cause is sponsored by Give Me Shelter Project, Inc. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue, education and advocacy organization. You can learn more about Give Me Shelter Project by visiting our website: www.GiveMeShelterProject.org.
Conner’s Cause is an initiative that Give Me Shelter Project has launched to try to find loving forever homes for the Supposedly Unadoptable Cats that currently reside in animal shelters and with rescue groups.
Our organization has generally defined "supposedly unadoptable cats" as those who range in temperament from semi-friendly to semi-feral. For the purposes of this initiative, we have broadened our definition of “supposedly unadoptable cats” to include other categories of cats that are difficult to place in adoptive homes. These include: seniors, handicapped, FIV+, FeLV+, cats with treatable and untreatable illnesses.
We invite you to consider adopting a "Supposedly Unadoptable Cat". Please join “Conner’s Cause” and BRING HOME THE MAGIC!
