Damon would make a man a great dog. He is good with women but is more comfortable with men. He really doesn't prefer the other animals we have here at the shelter. He's been waiting a long time for a home of his own that he doesn't want to share. He is a water dog and absolutely loves the water hose and a pool.
He loves to go on walks and I know he would love the lake and swim all day. He would do good in a home with no other animals and a fenced in yard. He's a good boy.
He Likes to play ball and tug with a rope. He's very treat motivated. He's very smart and would do great in training. Damon is a Mountain Cur & Plott Hound Mix. He would make a good hiking dog, going for walks, companion or all around best friend! He is a big goofy boy who is full of love, cuddles and companionship. His fur is a beautiful brindle color. His eyes are amazing.
He would love a home with a fenced yard to play in and a nice couch to sleep on.

We also hold adoptions most Saturdays from 10-4 at the Alpharetta Petsmart. It is located across from the North Point Mall. Also Petco in Milton/Alpharetta. Please e-mail us for specific dates and locations. Not all pets at our shelter are at the adoption event.
