My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sprout is an adorable little guy! Sprout is about 2 years old and weighs about 10lbs. Sprout was attacked by a dog then rolled by a car so he wants to be your only dog. Sprout loves to sit next to you on the couch, he loves toys and yak bones.. he is a happy boy that will follow you around. Due to his accident, it take him a bit to allow you to pick him up so he needs a patient adopter that will go at his pace. Sprout really is a special boy and deserves a loving home. More about this rescue

Five Friends Animal Rescue, Inc. is a foster-based animal welfare organization of volunteers dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters, strays, and owner surrenders. We provide these animals with care and temporary homes until we can place them into their permanent homes. We also serve as a resource to our community by providing information on pet ownership, including resources for spay/neuter and positive behavior training. We believe that no animal should be mistreated and are working towards the day when no companion animal is euthanized for lack of a home.
