Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are you looking for a cuddly, couch potato? Then look no further than Pierogi. This beautiful girl is her laziest during the daylight hours and will nap all day long. No worry of her interrupting your WFH meeting because not even the invisible ninjas that Great Pyrenees typically look out for will wake her up. She loves everyone she meets, humans and animals alike and wants to play with them all. Pierogi gets along with dogs, cats, and humans (although she has never met any of the tiny human variety)
Pierogi is also housebroken, crate trained, up to date on her shots, and microchipped. She is a natural at leash skills, unless there are steps involved. Her favorite toys are anything she can really chew on or play tug with. She knows basic commands: sit, down and her name. But like every good Pyr she has selective listening, tons of sass, and will most certainly let you know when she wants attention.
When not protecting her home - Adorable Pierogi enjoys gormet cooking, and a Hardy game of Pickle ball.
If you are interested in meeting this precious girl, please contact Sandy or The Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pennsylvania Rescue thru our website at: www.swpapyr.org or by e-mail. Pierogi will LOVE you for it! We will also need you to fill out our adoption application. You will need an above ground secure fence for safe play and exercise. We are looking for homes in the surrounding Pittsburgh area.
