Hondo and his sibling came to us via another rescue. Both Hondo and his sibling have a condition known as Cerebellar Hypoplasia - it's a condition that affects mobility control. Hondo has a relatively mild case of CH which has mostly affected his back end. Even though Hondo has CH, he does well getting around, playing, climbing, jumping, etc. On occasion he will tip over in the litter box but this will likely change as he grows and learns more on how to adapt to his condition. CH does not affect a cat's life-span, nor does it get worse with age.

Hondo is a very affectionate kitten with lots of kitten energy and we would love to see him go into a home with another cat or kitten - either with an existing cat in the home or perhaps with another kitten from our rescue. Two are always better than one!

Our sweet boy is great with other cats (obviously), has done okay with dogs in passing, and does fabulously well with children of any age. Also to note is that Hondo is a medium-haired cat that will require a bit more care than a short-haired cat with regular brushing to keep his fur mat-free.
