My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Milo, an adult dog with a zest for life. His intelligence shines through in his quick learning of commands and tricks, making him a joy to train. Playfulness is a key part of Milo`s personality. He`s always ready for a game of fetch or a romp around the yard. Yet, he also knows when it`s time to settle down and enjoy a good cuddle. Despite his love for people, Milo prefers to be the only pet in the house. His ideal home would be one where he can have all the love and attention to himself. Why adopt Milo? Because he`s not just a pet, he`s a friend waiting to fill your life with fun, affection, and loyalty.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
