Clifford, surrendered due to a hoarding case, has been in foster care for several months. Foster caregivers note that he gets along well with other dogs and cats. He tends to bond with women and does not engage with men. Clifford is both house-trained and kennel-trained, valuing his privacy; for instance, he only eats at night when alone. He refuses to walk on a leash, making a fenced yard essential for his adoption. He will make a good companion for a woman or women who would like to have a large dog that will alert them to visitors, but he is not a guard dog. To make an appointment to meet Clifford complete the online adoption application at www.denisonanimalwelfaregroup.org/adopt MUST COMPLETE ONLINE APPLICATION FOR ALL DOGS IN FOSTER
$75 adoption fee -- he is neutered, microchipped, UTD on vaccinations, tested NEG for heartworms and has been on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
