Meet Belles, a 6-8 year-old Maltese/Poodle mix with a gentle nature and a heart full of love. Weighing in at 11.4 pounds, Belles is a sweet and quirky companion who brings joy to everyone she meets. Her favorite things in the world are playing and snuggling up on the couch with her human companions and following her people around the house. She can be a bit nosy, always wanting to see what's happening. Belles is incredibly friendly to people, and gets along well with dogs her size. Belly rubs and treats are her absolute favorite!
Belles is potty trained, great walking on leash and sleeps all night in her own bed. Belles would thrive in an adult-only home or home with older kids where she can feel safe and secure. Due to her history of seizures. She's on medication that helps manage them and will likely need them for life.
This playful and loving girl is very deserving of her own forever family. Belles is also cat-friendly, making her a wonderful addition to the right home. With her big heart and joyful spirit, Belles is ready to shower her new family with all the love she has to give. Could you be the one she's been waiting for?
Belles' adoption fee is waived to the right home.
ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.
Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.
Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.

More about this rescue
CAMO Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers life, health, and a forever home. We specialize in dogs that other rescues can’t or won’t take due to fearful nature or medical needs. We primarily rescue ‘euthanasia listed’ animals that are in immediate danger of death. We provide shots, spay/neuter, microchip, foster homes, food, medical treatment and love to dogs that are abandoned, unwanted or otherwise in need. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another. In addition to caring for our dogs and finding the best possible home for them, we provide education to the community; encouraging and promoting responsible pet ownership. If needed, our rescue dogs are retrained to socialize in an adoptive loving family. We have had phenomenal success, and amazing support from our community. We believe that animals, as living creatures are entitled to a quality life, respect and compassion. Since humans have domesticated animals, we have a moral and ethical responsibility to care for them. We are partnered with many Shelters to help them reach the same goal.
