Meet Joy!

We named her this because she has brought her foster mom so much joy and happiness.

Joy had 7 babies in the shelter in south Georgia but sadly lost 3. She let out a sad woooooo and cried when she realized they were gone. The remaining puppies are warm, happy, and little chunks. Joy is a petite little girl weighing only 43 pounds and best guess is around 2 years old. Once she is completely weaned from the puppies she will probably weigh between 45 and 50. She has been the best Momma especially since she thought she went through so much heartache. She loves those puppies and she has taken exceptional care of them.

"She is absolutely precious and sweet and literally one of the smartest dogs that I have ever been around!!! She loves to go outside and sleep in the sun, she rides great in a car, and walks great on a leash. She loves to talk to you and loves to play!! She appears to be housebroken as well.”
