Rufus is the ultimate family dog and a lover of ALL! He LOVES kids, LOVES parents, LOVES grandparents, and even LOVES other furry family members. He has good manners, doesn't jump, loves belly rubs, doesn't mind cats, and would make the perfect addition to any family.
Rufus is one happy boy, spreading joy wherever he goes. He likes to lean into your legs and arms with his body, which is known as a dog hug. Rufus is hands down one of the friendliest dogs you will meet.

The Washington County SPCA is an open access shelter whose mission is to protect the welfare of the animals we come in contact with, and to promote the humane treatment and well being of these animals. We serve the animals, citizens, and communities of Washington County from our location at 16620 State Highway 123, just north of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
