My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jack is a sweet boy who is a little shy in the beginning with new people. He loves chin scratches, and doesn't mind being picked up. He is super playful, especially with wand toys! Jack gets along well with other cats and he would love to have a kitty friend to play with and to cuddle.

More about this rescue

Smittens isn’t just another cat rescue.
We are a coalition of volunteers with a spay/neuter mission, dedicated to helping both stray and owned animals in the greater San Diego area get fixed, receive veterinary care, and whatever else they may need! Smittens works with shelters and other rescues to route cats to proper vet care and eventual homes, and we take in stray cats who need help getting off the street. We also support TNR for feral cats, and assist cat and dog owners to get their own pets fixed and vaccinated at a low cost.
