We have a transport trip scheduled on 1/20/24 to Sacramento, and Medford OR. We will be dividing transport costs between all adopters in route to alleviate the total transport costs. We would love to add Daisy to our route for the right person/family if we don't find a family before then.)
Meet Daisy! She is a 1 year old purebred standard poodle. She is red with a white chest and is absolutely stunning. She weighed right around 36 lbs at her exam, and has maybe an extra 4-5 lbs to put on. She is naturally lean, and is very much at a healthy weight as is, but would be at an even healthier weight with those few extra lbs put on.
She is spayed, current on vaccines, micorchipped, and had a wonderful physical exam with our vet who has cleared her to find a home all her own.
She is house trained, and goes in and out as needed when asked to. She is crate trained, and has no problem being in a crate if the need arises. She currently sleeps on a dog bed in our room and LOVES it. She is learning leash confidence at the moment, as she was not introduced to the leash until she came to us here. Everyday gets better, as we have seen her confidence grow on every new outing.
She is wonderful on road trips around town. She is very sweet with our groomer. Great with all dogs big or small. She is shy when meeting new folks, but I assure you that she has a radiant spirit that comes to life when she opens up, and lets her gaurd down. She frolic's in pure excitement and joy. It's beautiful to watch her light up as she radiates all that is beautiful inside of her ❤️❤️❤️
She loves to give affection, and will nudge for extra head rubs. She is the happiest, sweetest, most kind and gentle soul you'll ever have the joy of meeting let alone calling your own, so if you need a special friend to share your days with who will simply make them better by just being a part of them, then Daisy is your girl
