Meet Little Whitney who at 11 weeks old weighs only 4 lbs but that doesn't stop her from playing with the big dogs in the foster home. This girl is so full of spunk and personality which makes her even that much more adorable. When she isn't busy exploring the house or playing with the other dogs and cats she loves being held in your arms like a baby and have her belly rubbed until she falls asleep. Whitney is very smart for her age and has learned to use the pee pad and is doing well at house training. She would also make a snuggly Valentine
