NEEDS EMERGENCY FOSTER OR ADOPTER, OWNER GETTING EVICTED THIS WEEK.

I'm making this posting for the cat's owner, who is getting evicted this week.

Dobby is about 5 years old and neutered. He is very healthy for a big boy, about 20 pounds. He is extremely smart, independent, and affectionate, and gets along great with other cats. He is in need of an annual physical but as of his last one, was doing perfectly well.
