My name is Charlie, also know as Charlie the Chocolate Chow! I was rescued by some great people with the Chow Chow Rescue of Central NY, Inc. I am approximately 1.5 - 2 years old. I am UTD on all my vaccinations and neutered. My foster mom just adores me! I am completely crate trained, and so far haven’t shown any reason that I am not housetrained. I love to please and will sit nicely for a treat and take it very gently. I love to watch all the happenings around my foster home. I like other dogs and am currently working with my foster mom on liking cats. I had eye surgery for entropion. My stitches come out next week and I am not having any issues. I love to lay next to my foster mom or dad! I love being brushed and I got a bath and grooming today! I did excellent!
I would love to have a furever family where I can continue to show just how good of a boy I am. I do know some basic commands but not all of them and would like to find a home that will continue with my training, as I am still young and love to work! I have been around teenagers.
