Found as a stray and once the owners were found, they did not want him. Does great on a leash and in a car. Maybe house broke. Not 100% sure. Loves attention. Charley would be a family pet. He is afraid of thunder and gun fire. Neutered, vaccinated, Heart worm negative and receives monthly preventative. He does not like other dogs. Not sure what other breeds Charley may have in his mix.
