Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Bison came into our care after being impounded with a history of unfavorable behaviors and held as evidence for many months while he deteriorated in a kennel. We felt like he deserved a chance and leapt at the opportunity to make him a Frosted Face.
What we learned right away is that Bison is a BIG boy without leash manners, and does what trainers call "leash climbing." This year, we have learned how to walk him and he has earned the privilege of living in the FFF office sleeping under our executive direction's desk.
We learned from Bison's former owner that he lived in the back yard, so this was the first time Bison got to live inside in his 14 years of life!
We love Bison so much and he's a ton of fun! He knows tricks like SIT, SHAKE with both hands, and DOWN. He is also great at fetch and loves toys! Bison tries to run fast, but his age is evident as he hobbles a bit and can be slow to stand. His cutest behavior is how he grumbles as he falls asleep and nuzzles on his blanket.
Bison is a true representation of rescue and rehabilitation, and we are so grateful for everyone's support who believe in second chances.
Bison is eligible to go to a PAID foster through our Molly & Me Project because he should not live with other pets. Read more here: https://frostedfacesfoundation.org/mollymeproject
