Meet Phoebe!

Hellloooo, new friends, my name is Phoebe! Just like the meaning of my name, I am bright, radiant, and pure. A pure friend, who will be a bright and radiant light in your life! I was found near death and have bounced back nicely. I'm a 55-pound adult hound dog who loves with her whole heart and is ready to make you smile every day. I go potty outside like a distinguished lady, I'm friends with dogs and cats alike, and even like the small humans! I'm so grateful to be alive and want to share my joy with my forever humans!

I really enjoy car rides, chew toys, and chasing my ball. I especially love pulling the stuffing out of squishy toys, and I really like to play with squeaky toys! Typical to my hound nature, I know how to voice my opinion, so apartment living wouldn't be ideal for me. I'd love to have a fenced-in yard so I can run and play and get some of my energy burned off, but if my new humans are active, I'd love to go for walks so I can get my sniffing in. I'll always try to leave with you, but if you can't take me with you, I'm crate trained if you'd like me to be contained while you are away. I need some work on my recall, but I think that will give us some great bonding time! I'm ready to find my forever family so I can start my forever life and show my new humans all the love I have to give! I hope you are ready to take me home with you!
