My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Nightshade!

Nightshade was originally caught for TNR (trap neuter return) on October 30th, but it was quickly discovered that he was a friendly boy! Since he was trapped right before Halloween, he was aptly named Nightshade by his foster mama. He has been enjoying his life indoors and deserves a forever home!

This sweet, spooky boy is about 2 years old, LOVES attention, and is very curious. He has big ol vampire fangs and is the perfect Halloween kitty! He is playful and affectionate and enjoys getting brushed. Nightshade is a big boy who also loves to eat! He is fine with other cats, given the proper introduction.

He is neutered, vaccinated, FIV/FelV tested (neg/neg), microchipped, dewormed and ready to go!

We are an at-home foster and foster from our homes. When you apply please be specific as to what cat you are interested in, as they are often not fostered in the same place.

More about this rescue

Conquer the Colony is a 501c3 non-profit cat rescue. We are an in-home fostering rescue - meaning we foster from our own homes and do not have a central shelter space. Our main focus and mission is TNR - the trap, neuter, and return of feral cats. We are a small rescue that relies solely on donations and volunteer time. We work tirelessly to improve the lives of all cats, both feral and friendly.
