Foster/Foster to Adopt Home Needed – Long Island, NY
Meet Bogart! This handsome male Australian Shepherd/Brown Lab mix is almost 6 yrs old, weighing roughly 80lbs. He was rescued as a puppy and has been with his family ever since. Unfortunately, they can no longer care for him, so Bogart needs a new furever home. Bogart has always been great with people, including the young children he lives with. He gets along well with most dogs after a period of acclimation. Cats are an unknown. Bogart is very well behaved on the leash. He is definitely affectionate and wants to make you proud. He’s very smart and is always looking for confirmation. If he’s in the backyard, he’d prefer to play fetch with his person than run around on his own; however, Bogart is good when left at home alone. He makes for a great friend. Bogart is neutered and UTD on all wellness checkups and shots.
If you want to be the Bacall to this handsome Bogart, please contact adoptions@paws-li.org or go to our FB page or call the number listed below.
