My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

TASHI DELEK friends!! That means "greetings" in Tibetan and since I am a TIBETAN SPANIEL I figured I'd introduce myself with a Tibetan New Years greetings to you kind folks. My name is TyTy ( pronounced Tie-Tie) and I am a 7 year old/18 lb "tibby" looking for a place to call home. My human was getting on in age and I was just too active for her sedentary lifestyle- plus she didn't have that thing called a "backyard". She was right because I sure do love to run and play and tire myself out -afterwhich I enjoy a nap or cuddle-time beside my human on the couch! Foster mommy says I am quite the character in that I am a verbal boy - I don't bark, I actually just grumble- she finds it funny and sometimes she even grumbles back lol. I love other dogs of all sizes but I am not fond of cats so NO CATS for me. Since I am a high energy gent and I have a mind of my own ( code word for a little on the obstinate side) foster mommy doesn't think a home with kids is a good idea either. I am true to my breed and I am an independent minded boy but I do love my person and love attention too. If you think we could be a good fit to journey through life together please submit an application at www.floridacockerrescue.org ADOPTION FEE: $325.00

More about this rescue

Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue (FCCR) is a non-profit organization located in SW Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing Cocker Spaniels throughout the state of Florida and neighboring states. We rely 100% on donations and volunteers to help us take care of our dogs. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies, heartworm tested, flea and heartworm treatment, and microchip.

FCCR carefully screens all of our potential furever and foster homes to ensure that our pups will have safe and loving homes. Some of our dogs come from shelters and abusive situations and we want to make sure that they will only see love the rest of their lives.
