`When you can`t find the sunshine, be the sunshine!` ~ Love, Leigh
Leigh is enjoying the sunshine in her foster home. Warmer spring days are perfect for laying on her back with a ball in her mouth.
Leigh LOVES to play tug-of-war with her foster siblings. Tug is her favorite game. Once she has some fun play-time outside, Leigh is ready for a loaded Kong bone, then a nap. Leigh is a medium-energy girl that enjoys a mix of play and rest.
Leigh would love a calm home to call her own. Her ideal home would have a fur-sibling, a fenced yard to play in, and plenty of Kongs toys stuffed with snacks.
Speaking of snacks…Leigh is very food motivated and very smart. She already knows some basic commands: ‘outside’, ‘go in the house’, ‘sit’, and ‘come’. We think she’ll enjoy learning more commands in a home with her new family.
In addition to enjoying the company of other dogs, Leigh has done well with kids too! (Kids are great snack-masters.) Leigh is house trained and crate trained; she also does well being left out while her foster parent is away. If that wasn`t enough, she`s also good on leash.
