My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Otto got to spend a few days in a foster home during the transition to the new shelter. His foster parent had great things to say about him, and we couldn't say it any better!

"Introducing my foster for the week, Otto (FCAS). After spending the last few days with him, I know you will Otto-matically fall in love if you meet him. . He will head back to the new shelter in Fulton Saturday. Please reach out if he sounds like the right dog for you to foster or adopt.

Some highlights...

He is potty trained.
He is crate trained.
He isn't destructive.
He's very polite - doesn't jump up.
He's kid friendly (I have a 10 year old who adores him)
He enjoys chewing a good bone, but hasn't shown any interest in toys.
He loves to lounge around and is low energy. He hasn't run inside my house once.
He comes alive a bit when he's outside. He loves to run around and sniff.
He walks well on a leash unless he sees a squirrel, then you better be holding on.

If you are thinking he sounds perfect, you'd be correct. We have had so many wonderful snuggles from our very first foster dog. We love him and you will too."
