Splash is black puppy boy with a white splash on his chest and white toes on his 4 feet. He was born at the beginning of November and came to HALAH until he was ready for his forever home. Splash is a very friendly boy who enjoys playing with his littermates but loves to crawl up in visitors’ laps. What a little cutie!
