Beautiful Mimi was born around June 2016 and was adopted by her foster mom in 2017. She was originally pulled from Newark shelter as a stray. After many happy years together, Mimi’s family are having baby and do not believe that Mimi will enjoy no longer being their favourite child. Mimi is VERY playful and likes to stalk and wrestle - behavior that would not be welcome around a small child.
Mimi is looking for a new home with no small children or other cats. Mimi has prevously lived with a cat-friendly dog. She would do best in a home with an experienced cat owner who knows how to channel her high energy playing and has time to dedicate to her. She is an indoor only cat and is completely litter box trained.
From her owner: “Mimi is the most special, loving cat. Her favorite activities include snuggling, eating treats,and finding pools of sunlight to nap in."
Although Mimi was original adopted in New York she is looking for a new home in the Houston, Texas area.
