**I am located in Georgia, but I can be transported north to you!**
Name: Midnight aka Milo
Breed: Pit Bull Terrier Mix
Sex/Age/Weight: Male/Approximate Birthday is 06/28/22/59lbs
Vetting: Neutered, Up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on prevention, and microchipped.
House trained/Crate Trained: Yes/Yes
Dogs/Cats/Children: Great with all size dogs. Tends to chase cats and would do best in a home without them. Would do best with children that are respectful of dogs.
Energy Level: Medium energy. He loves to play, especially with toys and other dogs!
Training Status: I walk well on leash and have mastered most basic commands. I am currently working on not jumping up when excited, but I am doing better with this. I am food motivated, so this helps with training!
Before FAR: I was born in the rescue and was adopted at 8 weeks old. Sadly as I got bigger and older, my family didn't want me anymore. Now I am back in the rescue looking for my true forever family!
Ideal Family/Home: I would prefer a playmate like a dog or some kids, but I would do well in any home as long as they include me in their life's adventures. I love spending time with my humans and have so much love to give! Could you be my furever family?
If you are interested in giving me a forever home, please visit the link below to fill out an application! http://fureverafterrescue.org/adoption-application.html It is best to submit an application through a computer. We have experienced some problems when applications have been submitted using a mobile device. *When you submit the application, you are not obligated to adopt however it does reserve for you the opportunity to adopt that particular animal. We review them on a first come first served basis. If your application is approved, we will contact you and allow you the opportunity to adopt. If you choose not to adopt, we will contact the next approved applicant. If you have any questions or difficulties, please contact us and we will be glad to help!

Our adoption process starts with the potential adopter filling out an adoption application. In the application, you can specify a particular dog in which you are interested, or let us know what type of pet in which you are looking, so we can find the perfect animal to fit your family and your needs. Once the application is received, a board member will review the application, and make contact with the potential adopter within 48 hours. This initial contact may include further questions/more information, or may include scheduling a meet and greet for you to meet the animal in which you are interested! Once the application is approved or the meet and greet goes well, then the adoption can be finalized. To finalize the adoption, an adoption agreement must be completed, the adoption fee paid (we accept cash, paypal, or credit/debit card), and then the potential adopter can take their new family member home with them or schedule pick up of their furry family member! The adoption fee varies based on the animal. Some of our animals have the fees listed in their individual post but if you do not see one then please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to let you know the cost to adopt a particular pet. If you are interested in any of our animals, please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have!!

More about this rescue
Furever After Rescue, a 501(c)(3) organization, is a no-kill, foster-based rescue devoted to finding homes for animals needing a loving home. Most of our animals come from local, high-kill shelters with some occasionally coming from bad situations and owner surrender. Our animals are immediately placed in foster homes where they learn love and are taught how to live in a home environment. All of our animals are up-to-date on their age-appropriate vetting needs and are tested for personality traits as best as possible. We have many wonderful pets looking for forever homes!
We are currently based out of Macon, GA but partner with a quality private transport group that helps us get our furbabies to homes up and down the east coast so don't let distance deter you from contacting us about one of our furry friends!
