Winchester is a loving pitty boy who is currently being pampered and slowly trained at a foster. He is a charming young man who is slowly learning how to have perfect manners. He seems to love everyone and every animal he comes into contact with and would love to be with a family who would allow him to keep learning and being so outgoing.

All animals adopted are spayed and neutered and current on shots and worming. Dogs are also microchipped.
Fees:
$130 adult dog
$250 puppies
$70 adult cats
$95 kittens
Purebreds/specialty breeds may be priced higher.

Our Mission Statement
The mission of the Pioneer Humane Society, a non-profit 501(3)c organization, is to promote and provide humane treatment of animals through education and fostering/sheltering/adopting homeless animals. Its programs and services are administered through PAWS (Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter). PAWS serves the community by reducing pet population through spay/neuter programs and maintains a commitment not to euthanize healthy adoptable animals.
