Bear is a 1-year-old, 82-lb. male German Shepherd/lab mix with a beautiful brown coat. He is friendly with dogs, kids and all people. He is house trained and crate trained. Bear is a really fun and high energy dog that loves to run and play. He is a sweet boy and needs an active family who can spend time with him every day engaging him in play and taking him on walks (or runs!). Another young, playful, medium to extra large size dog would be optimum for him. He needs a large fenced-in yard for daily play and running. If the home has kids, we are requiring them to be older due to his size. Also due to his size, he may be too much for small dogs. Bear still has a lot of puppy in him, is a big boy with a fun spirit, and he needs someone who is patient with such a big and playful pup; it would be helpful for his new family to work with a trainer so he will be the best boy he can be. If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area, have a secure fenced-in yard, have an active family, are home more often than not, and think you have the perfect home for sweet Bear, please complete an application and tell us more about your family.
