My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Bernie is an 11 year old mixed breed (poodle or Bichon frise mix). He needs to be re-homed because his owner is elderly with medical issues and has had to move to a retirement home. Bernie lived with another dog (Ollie, a 13 year old poodle mix - seen in picture above). Bernie and Ollie currently live with family of their previous owner but they had to be separated because the family has other pets and busy lives. Ideally, we would love to get Ollie and Bernie back together because they love and miss each other. However, we would be willing to adopt Bernie by himself if a loving home came available.

Bernie is an extremely loving dog who has never exhibited any aggression. He is a lap dog who loves attention. He is great with people of all ages and gets along with all types of pets. He enjoys going on walks. Bernie is currently being fostered by family who is willing to wait for the right home for him.
