Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Apollo – Your Future Best Friend! 🐾✨
Apollo has been waiting for almost 13 months to find his forever home, and we just don’t know why he hasn’t had any interest yet. This stunning 4-year-old (almost 5!) German Shepherd mix with a striking white coat is ready to fill your heart with love. Apollo is the perfect blend of playful and affectionate—always ready for an adventure or a cozy cuddle session. 💖🐶
Apollo is a doggy day school graduate and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Whether he’s exploring the outdoors or simply relaxing by your side, he’s the loyal companion you’ve been looking for. 🌳🐾
🩺 Medical Note: Apollo has had a few rare episodes of temporary balance loss and weakness in his back legs. After extensive exams, including radiographs and orthopedic consultations, no abnormalities were found. These episodes are suspected to be acute seizures causing brief disorientation. He’s currently stable and not on medication, but potential adopters should be aware that further evaluation may be needed if anything changes.
Despite the long wait, Apollo’s spirit is unwavering, and he’s ready to share his love with the right family. Could that be you? Apply today and make Apollo’s dream of a forever home come true! 🏡❤️

More about this rescue
Southern Nevada Animal Rescue League (SNARL) exists to provide a better life for adoptable homeless, abandoned, or abused animals. We aim to assist in the effort of limiting the overpopulation of these animals as well as educate the public against breed or size discrimination. There is no such thing as a “bad breed”, only bad humans. Our mission is to make sure all of the animals we rescue are placed in loving, safe, and viable fur-ever homes.
