My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Eleanor is a 6-year-old female Pointer mix (white, tan spots). She is able to match the energy of the room very well. If everyone is laying around, so is she. If you invite her to play, she’s ready! She loves her rope, Kong toys, and rawhides. She adores other dogs and children of all ages. She is a sweet, submissive girl, but she can be a little fearful of new people (which may present as barking and/or cowering). Once she gets a gentle sniff of your hand and associates you with a yummy treat, you are a friend. Ellie’s ideal day involves lots of belly rubs and cuddles from her humans, a game of fetch in the backyard, and playtime with a fur sibling.

Ellie is potty trained and goes outdoors. She is also kennel trained, and her kennel has become a preferred, safe place for her to rest. She was adopted as a puppy and was well-trained. She knows a handful of commands and is generally very well-behaved.
