Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Introducing Dolly, the charming lab/border collie mix rescue dog, affectionately known as Dada or Honey Girl. This delightful pup embodies an array of endearing qualities that make her an exceptional companion.
Dolly's captivating features include her soft, floppy ears framing her kind, pretty eyes, complemented by a fluffy tail and a shiny coat. Adaptable and house-trained, she effortlessly fits into routines.
While Dolly isn't fond of crates, her true brilliance shines when in the company of children, having joyously engaged with 8 and 5-year-olds. Her playful nature and affectionate demeanor make her an ideal family addition.
Seeking companionship, Dolly may struggle with separation anxiety due to past life changes. A home with someone who works from home or spends considerable time with her would suit her best, nurturing her happiness.
Her interactions with other dogs are mostly positive, but she may show possessiveness over her owner, toys, or food, easily manageable with guidance. She exhibits curiosity, rather than aggression, around cats.
Dolly's favorite activities involve playing with her beloved stuffed Crocodolly and tennis balls, reflecting her energetic side as a Lab-Collie mix. Engaging her in fetch games brings her immense joy.
This intelligent pup has mastered commands like sit, come, and getting in the car, showcasing her receptiveness to training. A home with a yard for her to explore and ample space would be perfect.
Her affectionate gestures, like burying her head in laps, reflect her love. Dolly enjoys morning snuggles and even admires her reflection in the mirror, revealing her playful personality.
In essence, Dolly is a smart, loving dog seeking a patient family to provide her the love and attention she craves. Her eagerness to explore new places and delightful demeanor will undoubtedly win hearts. She's a fantastic travel buddy, adaptable, and ready to bring joy to her forever home.
She is house trained, microchipped, fully vaccinated, & spayed. She is being fostered in Seguin, TX and is ready for her new home.
