My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Thor, a sweet senior boy with a heart full of love to give. Despite being let down by humans in the past, Thor is ready for a forever home where he'll be cared for and loved unconditionally-because he truly deserves it. He's incredibly cuddly and would be happiest spending his days lounging in bed with you. Thor gets along well with calm female cats, but he'd also be content as the only pet, soaking up all the attention and affection in his golden years.

While Thor is an affectionate companion, it's important to note that he can sometimes spray. If you're interested in giving him a loving home and can accommodate his needs, please reach out to the rescue. Thor is ready to find his forever person!

More about this rescue

Amor Peludo provides assistance to pet owners in underserved and lower income communities, focusing on Spanish speaking areas where language barriers have prevented pet owners from finding the resources they need to humanely care for their pets. Our programs consist of spay/neuter, TNR, education, pet rehoming, and a pet food bank.
